By purchasing from IN CALM REPOSE, you are deemed to have understood and agreed to the following terms.

IN CALM REPOSE reserves the rights to update and/or amend any policy or terms at any time without prior notification.
You can review the most updated version of the terms on this page. Please check this page regularly to note any changes which we may have made. Thank you for your understanding!


  • What mode of payment do you accept?

    We accept payment via Paypal and all major Credit cards.

  • Which currency are your items priced in?
    Prices stated on the website are priced in Singapore Dollar (SGD).

  • My discount code isn’t working, help!
    Kindly check the following:
    - Ensure that the code is applied into the correct field at check out
    - Please check that the promotion criteria has are met (within the stipulated promotional period, minimum spend etc.)

    If it still does not work, please drop us an email at info@incalmrepose.com, and we’ll assist you as soon as we can.

  • Do I have to create an account with IN CALM REPOSE before making a purchase?

    You do not have to, you may check out as a guest. However, we strongly recommend you create an account with us for faster check out moving forward. Also, you’ll be able to receive e-newsletter communication from us for updates. We promise our newsletters aren’t spammy!

  • Can I make an exchange or refund for items that were purchased on sale / promotion / via a discount code?
    All sales, promotions and discounted items are strictly non-refundable and non exchangeable.

  • Will you be restocking products that are out of stock?
    On a case by case basis and based on demand, we might consider bringing them back on a pre-order if they’re available! If there’s something you really want to get but is out of stock, kindly drop us an email at info@incalmrepose with the item name, colour, size.

  • Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?

    We apologise that you’ll not be able to cancel your order once order is placed.

  • Can I amend my order?

    As we do our best to pack and have your item delivered to you soonest, we advise not to. But if you really need to amend (i.e. address, delivery option or payment), please do so within 2 hours from the time order is placed.

  • Do you provide gift wrapping service?
    At the moment, we do not provide such service! We’re looking to expand our services and might consider should there be a demand in this, do stay tuned!

  • I received the wrong item from what I had purchased!
    Oops, so sorry - our bad! Kindly take a photo of the item you received in the parcel and send the image to us to info@incalmrepose.com, we’ll assist you as soon as we can.

    Upon receiving the item, we’ll inspect the condition of the items. Upon approval, we’ll make a replacement soonest. However, should the item you purchased be out of stock, we’ll make a refund to you via a store credit (code).

  • I received a defective item in my parcel!
    We are so sorry to hear that! We take pride in our products and will ensure items are properly checked and packed before shipment. However, we do understand that delivery mishaps do happen at times. In such event, kindly take a photo of the item you received in the parcel and send the image to us to info@incalmrepose.com, we’ll assist you as soon as we can.

    Please inform us within 7 days from the date you received the parcel, otherwise we will not be able to accept any exchange or refund.

    Upon receiving the item, we’ll inspect the condition of the items. Upon approval, we’ll make a replacement soonest. However, should the item you purchased be out of stock, we’ll make a refund to you via a store credit (code).

  • Can I opt for a refund?

    We will only make a refund in the following instances:
    - You received the wrong item from what you had purchased (please read above for more information)

    - You received a defective item in your parcel (please read above for more information)

OUR PRODUCTS, PRIVACY ON PERSONAL DATA & COMMUNICATIONS

PRODUCTS
We take pride in our products and every item is carefully sourced and selected in its as-it-is state when sourced. A thorough quality check will be done from our end before selling, and we do our best to provide you as accurate measurements as possible for every product.

Some items of the same design may have slight differing colour and finishing when sourced. There may be a slight colour, size and finishing variation due to the different specifications of the screens of our devices we use.

As such, returns or exchanges for such reason will not be accepted.

PERSONAL DATA
IN CALM REPOSE is committed to protecting our customers' and site visitors' privacy. We will not disclose customers' information to third parties unless it is part of providing a service to you i.e delivering your parcel.

Your information is stored internally at IN CALM REPOSE and we will not sell your personal data and credit card information to any third party without your permission, but we cannot be held responsible for the actions of third party sites from which you may have linked or been directed to our website.

NEWSLETTER COMMUNICATIONS
If you have ordered from us or have signed up our newsletter through our website, we hope to give you the first hand updates and special offers! As such, we may send you occasional marketing newsletters to update you on our new collections, products, sales & promotions, birthday perks, events and journal posts via the email address you have signed up with.

We promise our newsletters aren’t spammy! But should you wish to opt-out from receiving any e-newsletter communications from us, you may do so via the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom our your e-newsletters.
