What are your delivery rates within Singapore?

Standard courier service to your doorstep. Comes with a tracking number.
Parcel will be delivered within 2-3 working days upon full payment and processing, and is trackable.
Please ensure there is someone to receive the item at your selected delivery address.
During sale periods, there may be a delay in deliveries due to high volume.
LOCAL COURIER (EXPRESS) - $10.00
Flat rate courier fee for express delivery. Comes with a tracking number.
Parcel will be delivered within 1 working day upon full payment and processing.
The order cut off time for next day delivery is at 12pm from Monday to Friday.
Please ensure there is someone to receive the item at your selected delivery address. Any unsuccessful delivery will result in additional delivery charge incurred for a re-delivery.
What if I missed my delivery?
We are sorry but any unsuccessful delivery will result in additional delivery charge incurred for a re-delivery.
To avoid unsuccessful deliveries, kindly state your preferred delivery time frame. We cannot guarantee deliveries will be made per your stated time frame, but our courier service partner will do their best to accommodate.
Do you ship to overseas?
At the moment, we only offer shipment within Singapore.
We’re definitely looking to ship overseas as soon as we can, so stay tuned for updates!
Are there any areas in Singapore you do not ship to?
We are currently unable to deliver to restricted areas such as Jurong island, Military base, Police and Civil Defence Camps.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Yes! We deliver on weekends – only on Saturday between 9am to 10pm, excluding Public Holidays.
How do I know if my parcel has been couriered out?
Upon confirmation of payment and once your parcel is couriered out, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number for your update.
Where can I track my parcel’s delivery status?

Can I self-collect my purchase?
Unfortunately at this point, we do allow self-collection.
