LOCAL SHIPPING

We ship islandwide in Singapore.

We offer complimentary doorstep registered postage for all local orders unless otherwise stated.

A tracking number from Singpost will be provided for every parcel.

An email notification with Singpost's tracking number will be sent once the parcel is mailed out.

Should the parcel be delivered at the point of time and location with no recipient around to receive, Singpost will leave a hard copy slip at the location to notify you. The Singpost slip states details of re-delivery or self-collection at your nearest Singpost station. We will not be responsible for the parcel if you do not arrange for a re-delivery or not collect from the Singpost station.

We will attempt to process and deliver all paid orders within 3-5 working days.
 


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At the moment, we do not have a fixed International shipping fee. 

Should you like to order from overseas, please email us at info@incalmrepose.com to let us know which item you would like to order and your overseas address.

We will reply you via email the international shipping charges before you place the order.


RETURNS

Drop us an email at info@incalmrepose.com within 10 calendar days from the date the parcel is delivered to you with this template. We will provide you with more details on the return via email.

1. Returns slip
Print out the returns slip, which will be sent to you after you have emailed us.

2. Check your item
Check that the product is in its original unused condition.

3. Pack the item and returns slip
Ensure that the product is packed and returned together with the product tag, commercial invoice, returns slip.

4. Return the parcel
The return address will be provided via email and in the returns slip.

5. When returned, Check the item
Item will be checked upon return.

6. Credit note issue
Once the return is approved, a credit refund will be issued to you.
All credit note is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

 

Please Note

- Returns are applicable for all orders except items purchased on sale, promotions or with a discount code. As our items are all carefully sourced in its as-it-is condition, some items of the same design may have slight differing colour and finishing when sourced. There may be a slight colour, size and finishing variation due to the different specifications of the screens of our devices we use. As such, returns or exchanges for such reason will not be accepted.

- Returned items should be in its original state. All items will be checked upon return.

- All returns postage fees and/or taxes for returns are solely borne by the customer.

- All returned items will be liable by the customer until it reaches us, we will not be liable for any lost or damaged parcel during the return process. Returns will not be valid if the item does not reach us or is returned in an unacceptable condition. As such, we strongly advise customers to opt for a reliable, traceable delivery method and ensure to pack the items securely.

- Once returns are checked and validated, a credit refund will be issued via a discount code. Each credit note can only be used once in a single transaction, and any remaining amount will not be refunded or continued to be stored as credit note.

- Credit note is valid for 3 months from the date of issue. No extension will be given once it expires and it is strictly non-refundable.

- Each item is only valid for exchange or credit refund once.

We are sorry you received a defective or incorrect item!

Kindly drop us email at info@incalmrepose.com within 10 calendar days from the date the parcel is delivered to you with this template. We will provide you with more details on the return via email.

Upon confirmation via email,
- Kindly wrap and package the items safely to avoid further damages along the way of return.
- Please opt for registered postage and postage fee will be reimbursed.

- Credit note for such situation is valid for 6 months from the date of issue. No extension will be given once it expires and it is strictly non-refundable.
